Boy Scout Jonah Hein planned and organized the roof construction as an Eagle scout project with the help of his troop and many community volunteers. The roof construction was completed in February of 2002 and was a collaboration between Boy Scout Troop 154, the City of Wilmington, and the Clinton Rails-to-Trails Coalition.
