Early to bed and early to rise means Mickie doesn't have much of a social life outside of happy hour and the weekends. I prefer looking at the sunrise over coffee rather than the sunset over dinner. I'm fiscally mature, a blue-collar state of mind and a white collar career.
During quiet time I like to read and watch nature and science shows
on Discovery and the National Geographic channel. I don't like any of
the shows on network TV these days. I've never watched Survivor, or
Fear Factor and I think American Idol is a massive waste of time.
I love Jon Stewart and The Daily Show but I’m really not that left leaning. I’m more libertarian than anything else but I don’t always agree with them either. I cannot stand GW Bush, he acts and sounds like a raving moron. When I see him speak on TV I must turn it off because it just pains me.
I like the humor of George Carlin and Dennis Leary. My favorite band is Aerosmith and I usually listen to classic rock on WTUE (Dayton) but I do like some of the new mild death metal like Godsmack and Disturbed. I can’t bear to listen to Country, Rap and Hip Hop. It makes my teeth hurt. Guns and Roses was the best band that was never to be. Too bad Axl is such a dick.
