In order to participate in this drive,
you must make an appointment. This table represents the number of
appointments available for a given time.
To make an appointment, send in an email Laura Spriggs at spriggsbmt@cinci.rr.com or call 513-348-9610. Leave your name, phone number, email, first and second time preferences, and how you would like to be contacted. We are requesting that those wishing to sign up for the drive make a minimum tax-deductible contribution of $15 prior to the drive to help cover the $60 testing cost per person. |
